TRG Environmental Services is a regional
construction, project management, remediation, consulting
and training company with more than 11 years of experience on
complex projects in both the public and private service markets.
Privately owned with headquarters in Tampa, Florida, we
primarily service all of Florida, South Georgia and South Carolina. TRG
will travel outside of our primary market for government
projects, if it is for a direct contract with the Government or a
subcontract from a past or current client (General Contractor).
Eleven plus years in business
with no loss time accidents, no insurance losses, and no
projects completed late has earned us the honor of being
accepted by THE HOME DEPOT as an Authorized Service Provider for
the Home Services division of five (5) of their Florida stores -
Lake Wales, Sebring, North Lakeland, South Lakeland, and Winter
Haven.
We know how to treat our clients, take advantage of cost
savings,
maintain quality and finish projects early rather than just
on time.
What We Do
Integrity and Respect
TRG's culture is grounded in integrity, honesty, and respect.
This means holding the highest standards of ethical business
practices. Our reputation for adhering to these standards is our
most valuable asset. We stand by everything we do. We
warranty every project and actually conduct 6 month and 12 month
site visits to insure our warranty work is still operating
properly and that their are no complaints, even when we are only
acting as a single trade (ie painter, fugal remediation, etc.)
type subcontractor.
TRG does not tolerate employee behavior that is not fair and ethical,
and all employees are required to comply with these standards
and with applicable local, state, federal, and in-country laws.
TRG has a long-standing policy of zero tolerance for bribery.
March of 2004 TRG adopted the historic
Principles for Countering Bribery, a document created by the
World Economic Forum in partnership with Transparency
International and the Basel Institute on Governance, as our base
policy.
Our Goal: Zero Accidents
TRG has a nation-wide safety program, and it pays off. 99
percent of our projects completed since our inception in
November of 1996 have been without a lost-time accident. Our
philosophy is simple—every accident, and therefore every injury,
is preventable.
Safety is always TRG's top priority—a value that is
fundamental to our culture and implemented into our business
practices.
TRG has earned an industry-leading record of achieving zero
lost-time incidents on 99 percent of our projects in the States
we have conducted business. Year after year, our safety
performance is at the top of our industry.
At TRG, we believe that every accident, and therefore every
injury, is preventable, and we embed that philosophy into every
TRG project through a combination of technical field procedures
and ongoing training programs.
Our safety and health approach includes state-of-the-art
safety data systems, computer-based training and a
behavior-based safety program. Our commitment to zero accidents
extends to every aspect of a project, from planning to
completion, and from the management to the field crew. Every
employee has stop-work authority—if it's not safe, don't do it.
We also require our subcontractors and request our partners adopt our
commitment to safety and health. The result is exceptional
safety performance, even in hazardous work environments, severe
weather, and remote locations.
Our dedication to safety helps keep workers safe, and it also
pays off for our clients. Their operating costs go down and
productivity goes up because less time is lost to accidents.
