This unique service is utilized by those clients that are concerned with an environmental or safety related manager's recommendations or cost estimates relating to issues involving asbestos, lead-based paint/dust or other state regulated matters.  In such matters TRG reviews all analytical documentation provided by the Owner (photographs, environmental reports, and other written records of the conditions during the last site survey).  Following such a review we visit the site, speak to the Owner, facility staff and field personnel, conduct research into historical documents, and review regulatory compliance requirements effecting each issue. When deemed necessary we gather random samples as a quality control and to evaluate the current conditions of the existing materials and the site.  Both a CD-R Disc and written document are provided to client that contain all the information reviewed by TRG coupled with down to earth guaranteed renovation /remediation budgets. To insure the quality of TRG's reports they are reviewed by a CIH, PE, or PG depending on the professional discipline(s) involved.
