FEASIBILITY STUDY

	Review user request.
	Site visit / photograph / digital video.
	Submit scope of work report.
	Submit Environmental concerns report.
	Submit recommendation of sequence of project as it relates to present and future projects.

COST ANALYSIS

	Submit options list with associated budget pricing.
	Submit environmental cost impact with each option.
	Submit duration schedule with each option.

A&E COORDINATION

	Submit information to A&E of users choice.
	Review chosen option scope of work with A&E.
	10% - 50% - 90% - 100% design review with A&E and report on to user.
	Coordinate necessary user testing & permitting requirements.
	Review solicitation package with A&E and user.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

	Review bids with A&E and user with recommendations.
	Request and monitor pre-construction document requirements ie. Certificates of insurance, bonds, etc.
	Hold Pre-construction meeting.
	Monitor submittal process.
	Act as daily Quality Assurance for user.
	Monitor CPM schedule.
	Hold scheduled meetings with contractor.
	Hold scheduled meeting with user.
	Submit deficiency reports to contractor.
	Prepare Punch list.
	Monitor Closeout documents.
	Coordinate user turnover training.

PRICING SCHEDULE

COSTS BELOW DO NOT INCLUDE TRAVEL EXPENSES OR PER DIEM

FEASIBILITY STUDY AND COST ANALYSIS IS DONE ON A QUOTED FEE BASIS. (NORMALLY < $2,400.00 EACH REPORT)

A&E COORDINATION - $350.00/DAY/MAN FOR OUTSIDE OFFICE TASKS AND $45.00/HR FOR IN OFFICE TASKS.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT - 1.5% OF CONTRACT PRICE OR $350.00/DAY/MAN FOR OUTSIDE OFFICE TASKS AND $45.00/HR FOR IN OFFICE TASKS; WHICH EVER IS GREATER.

Travel expenses and per Diem:

	Airline transportation (Coach or Government Provided Transportation).
	Meals - $20/day/man
	Hotel - Cost Plus 10%/day/man
	Car rental / fuel (mid-size).
