Our Equipment: Shotblasting, Concrete Floor Grinding, Scraping & Removal

PSP provides shot blasting and concrete grinding as well as removal of floor surface coverings. We not only utilize uniquely-designed floor scraping equipment but also the industry's best shotblasting and concrete  grinding equipment. All our equipment is extremely safe, simple and cost effective for optimum removal of practically ANY floor surface. We do our equipment maintenance in our own facility.

We utilize our own, uniquely-designed mobile system, which is extremely safe, simple and cost effective for our clients. Our floor scraping equipment is hydraulically driven with a remote power source. This results in the elimination of engine noise and fumes while providing our highly maneuverable equipment with superior power.  Measuring less than 5 feet long and less than 27 inches wide, our powerful machine can operate efficiently in very tight areas.  our floor scraping machine can easily fit through commercial doorways and into the smallest of elevators.

Our remote power source is a four-cylinder turbo-charged diesel engine.  This engine is larger than those used by our floor removal competitors and, combined with our unique design, results in superior speed and maneuverability.  PSP has removed as much as 44,774 sq. ft of VCT in a single eight hour day with one machine. Our historical average daily surface removal is between 8,000 and   10,000 square feet of VCT or carpet removal per eight hour day.

.SHOT BLASTING PSP utilizes the most cost-effective and environmentally friendly method and shotblasting equipment for preparing concrete.  Shot blasting will not only save you time in your project, but it leaves your concrete surface dry and chemical-free and does not release airborne dust or contaminants into the work space.  This makes it ideal for work in 24-hour uninterrupted facilities.

.  GRINDING Heavy duty grinding equipment allows final floor surface preparation and/or polishing of your concrete surface. Our state-of-the-art concrete grinding equipment operates at a low noise level and leaves no linear or circular tracks providing the desired profile.
