Simplify the Job. We provide our own power source. No generators to rent or electricians to schedule.  Our own power source, (a four-cylinder turbo charged diesel engine) is located outside the building and removed from work environment in an enclosed trailer. This results in the elimination of engine exhaust fumes and engine noise in the work area, allowing the building to be occupied and operational during the removal process.

Save Time.  A typical first floor set up takes less than 20 minutes and high rise work is not problem for this mobile unit. Clean, quiet operation with the ability to remove up to 40,000 square feet of floor tile per day!  In fact, using multiple machines, we have removed as much as 90,000 square feet in only two days.

Reduce Your Costs. Although pricing for a project will be impacted to some degree by factors such as material and adhesive type, location, access to the work area, size and foot print of work area, quantity, etc., VCT and carpet removal pricing ranges from 15-20 cents per square foot for ground floor work.  Our Daily Rate (8 hours) is $1200.00 outside major cities.
